For this reason, at One Life we offer an holistic assessment service to establish the needs of the whole individual, to help identify issues affecting them at work or influencing their return to work.
This will involve working with the individuals experiencing these difficulties as well as assisting managers in identifying and managing mental health issues in the workplace.
We are also able to offer training and provide support to teams on improving well-being and creating more effective communication.
