  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Interpersonal difficulties
  • Personal development

We offer a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

We have counsellors using a range of different approaches to suit the needs of individuals. All of our counselling associates are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within the BACP ethical framework. They are committed to continuing professional development and staying up to date with best practice.
